What does the monthly support cover?

Your support covers

The monthly licence fee covers the services provided as below:

  1. Support desk with dedicated support staff
  2. Backups to offsite facility (AWS)
  3. Email alert sending (Amazon)
  4. All bug fixes included (unlimited warranty)
  5. Ad hoc training and help in using your site
  6. Routine maintenance such as patching and upgrading your website infrastructure
  7. Security and virus scanning of your site
  8. Software product license

Hosting - this may appear as a separate line item on your charges but is all part of the total monthly fee you pay Reverse Delta.

What it doesn’t cover

Extra work required for changes requested are charged on an ad hoc basis and normally charged at our quoted hourly rate.
