Submitting a Help Ticket

To submit a ticket using this web portal, you need to be either a hosting client or a registered user of one of our software packages, e.g. FXRecruiter.  You will have received login details and once logged in you can submit, review and update support ticket on this site. 

You can also email us at our support address in order to report tickets and request log-in credentials.  Note that if you do email and we don't recognise your details then we may require futher validation, to ensure the security and safety of client data.   Once validated you will be able to submit a ticket through the site or email.

Auto-Help

When completing the ticket submission on the site, a search will be run on the information we have in our knowledgebase* and troubleshooter*.  This will bring up information that matches the information in your ticket as you type and will allow you to review this information to see if it solves you problem right away.

*these are being populated as fast as we can - please bear with us as we migrate the information.
